1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the a880 platform at a880.bio, creating a player account, or using any service, game, promotional offer or payment function offered by a880, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all users of the a880 platform regardless of the method of access (mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other internet-connected device).

These Terms are to be read alongside a880's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the agreement between you and a880. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotion or game rules, the specific promotion or game rules shall take precedence for the relevant subject matter only.

2 Eligibility

To register and use an a880 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. a880 operates a strict 21+ policy and enforces age verification as part of the KYC process prior to your first withdrawal.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must register using your real name, valid Bangladesh mobile number and accurate personal details. Registration using false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any list maintained by a880 itself, at the time of registration.
• You must hold only one a880 account. Operating multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

a880 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request documentation confirming any of the above criteria. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered a880 account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, valid Bangladesh mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if your circumstances change.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your a880 account password. a880 will never ask you to share your password with any third party, including a880 support staff.
• Any activity conducted through your a880 account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact a880 support immediately through the in-platform support channel.
• a880 may require identity verification (KYC) at registration or at any subsequent point. KYC is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may be required again if your account activity triggers enhanced due diligence checks.
• a880 accounts are personal. You may not transfer, sell, share or otherwise assign your account or account balance to any other person. Account sharing is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

a880 reserves the right to decline account registration without providing a reason. Where an application is declined, no personal information submitted during the registration process will be retained beyond the period required for compliance with applicable legal obligations.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

a880 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank and BRAC Bank are available for larger transactions. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though a880 may apply transaction monitoring checks on unusually large deposits.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. a880 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts held in a name other than the registered account holder.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is completed will be held pending and processed once verification is approved.
• a880 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if the relevant account is under investigation for potential breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or money laundering risk. In such cases, a880 will notify the account holder and provide an estimated timeframe for resolution where this is possible.
• a880 does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees, if any apply, will be disclosed at the point of withdrawal request and are never deducted without the player's prior knowledge.

All funds held in a player's a880 account are held in trust for that player and are not commingled with a880's operating funds. a880 maintains separate account structures to ensure player funds are ring-fenced and available for withdrawal upon legitimate request.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

a880 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated in each individual offer.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance or associated free spins not used before the stated expiry will be forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are shown in the player's account bonus section.
• a880 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms under which it was awarded.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only and may not be transferred between accounts or used in any manner that constitutes bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or collusion between players.
• a880 may offer seasonal and event-based promotions aligned to Bangladesh calendar events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, Independence Day, BPL season and ICC tournament periods. Specific terms for each promotion are communicated at the time the promotion is active.

a880 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amounts (and any winnings derived from those amounts) if it determines that a bonus was claimed in error, as a result of a technical fault, through bonus abuse, or in breach of these Terms. Players found to have engaged in systematic bonus abuse will have their accounts suspended and balances forfeited.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the a880 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or certified live dealer mechanics provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi and Spribe. a880 does not modify game outcomes. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the a880 platform:

• Bets placed and accepted by the a880 platform are final and binding. a880 will not reverse a bet after it has been accepted and settlement has begun, except in cases of verified system error.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game session, the round result will be determined using the gaming studio's own fault resolution procedure. a880 will apply the resolution provided by the relevant studio and communicate the outcome to affected players.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient balance before placing a bet. a880 will not extend credit to players. Bets that exceed available balance will not be accepted by the platform.
• Sports betting odds are updated in real time and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time a bet is accepted and confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. a880 is not liable for odds displayed prior to system confirmation.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a880 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. a880 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold any associated balances pending investigation, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account credentials or payment details.
• Any form of fraud, including use of stolen payment instruments, chargebacks, false identity documents, or misrepresentation of personal details.
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage on the a880 platform, including in sports betting, live casino or crash game titles.
• Collusion with other players or with any third party to manipulate game outcomes, share game information in real time for advantage, or exploit any bonus structure in a coordinated manner.
• Use of the a880 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. a880 is required by law to report suspicious transactions and cooperate fully with relevant law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities.

a880 uses automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all associated balances (including any pending withdrawals), and may result in civil or criminal referral depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

a880 may suspend or terminate a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or account registration requirements.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or provision of false, misleading or fraudulent documentation during the KYC process.
• Player request for account closure, including self-exclusion requests submitted through account settings or through the a880 support channel.

Where an account is terminated by a880 for breach of these Terms, a880 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the terminated account. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (including self-exclusion), any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

9 Responsible Gaming

a880 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly within account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss limits — restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the a880 platform. Temporary exclusions range from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent exclusions are irreversible and no re-registration will be permitted.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the a880 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of a880 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the a880 platform without the express prior written consent of a880.

The a880 brand name, logo and all associated marks are proprietary to a880. Unauthorised use of the a880 brand, including in any domain name, social media account, or marketing material, is prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a880 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gameplay, including losses arising from technical errors where those errors have been resolved in accordance with the relevant gaming studio's fault resolution procedure.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the a880 platform, even if a880 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any service interruption, platform unavailability, data loss, or connectivity failure arising from circumstances outside a880's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, mobile network outages, force majeure events, or third-party technical failures.

12 Privacy & Data

a880 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the a880 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. a880 uses SSL encryption on all connections and does not share your personal data with third parties except where required for payment processing, KYC verification, regulatory compliance, or law enforcement requests made in accordance with applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

a880 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, a880 will endeavour to notify registered players via in-platform notification or by email to the address associated with the player's account. The updated Terms will take effect upon publication at a880.bio/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the a880 platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the a880 platform and may request account closure through the support channel.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. a880 is a digital platform operated for the Bangladesh market. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the a880 support and complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits a player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
